Default Void Pro Mic stuck on mute/red

Hasn't came off of the red right out of the box. Sound works perfectly. Tried turning off and on multiple times, nothing in the CUE to fix it. Downloaded latest drivers. Every time I turn them on all I hear is "mic off"

Any ideas before I try to return these?

Have you tried pressing the mute button with the mic down to turn the mute off? If the mic boom is up it will always be muted.

I have almost the exact same problem, except mine doesn't even say "mic off." Mine is fresh out of the box and the red mute light is always on, no matter what I do or which fix I try.

I had the same problem. This isn't an ideal fix but:
- Open the installer
- Hit repair
- Wait until your headphones turn off and on
- Cancel repair
You should be good to go by opening the iCue software from root folder
