Default Recieved Broken headphones from RMA

I just received my replacement Vengeance 1500 after getting an RMA almost exactly a month ago. Now that they finally arrived, the left can was completely detached. Should I request another RMA? Already waited a month for this one.

Contact customer service and tell them that your replacement headset is broken.
