Have you tried a different Micro USB cable?
Have you tried charging it on a different computer?
Please fillout your system specs.

Some stores like computer shops, electronics stores should have a micro USB cable for sale. I'd suggest you contact them and ask if they have one in stock.

The headset should still charge even if the headset is off. Does the charging L.E.D. light up when you plug it in?

By system specs, i mean fillout this.

1. You turned on the headset
2. Plugged in the charging cable.
3. What happened @ 28 seconds?
4. You turned the headset on then off then on

Is that correct?

And it turns back off?

If so there may be a problem with the headset, request an RMA to replace it.

I would recommend a RMA as well after watching the video. That is not normal behavior.

If the seller doesn't want to replace it. Request an RMA to replace it via Corsair.
