Wireless Void Pro 7.1 not turning on.

I've purchased this headset about 3 months ago. And everything was going well until recently. I was just casually wearing the headphones watching a video when the sound in the headphones went out. I turned the headphones back on and noticed that everything sounded kinda "demonic" everything was static/muffled/deeper kinda like how demons sound in movies. It was like this for a few minutes. I then tried to reinstall my audio drivers which did not fix the problem. My computer recognizes the wireless dongle but not the headset. The headset makes no noise and has no lights. I tried updating the firmware (Which was kinda hard considering when it ask to plug in the headset it doesn't realize the headset is plugged in) Last thing I tried was holding the power button for 20+ seconds. Still off and not charging. (also not sure if it always did this but when i put the headset on while its off there's a subtle breathing whistle.
