CX750M Dual 8 Pin EPS CPU connector

Hi Everyone,

I have both a CX750M and a TX750M power supplies. The TX comes with a cable that connects to an 8 Pin PCI express in the power supply and it converts to an 8 Pin EPS for dual socket motherboards.

I would like to know if this same cable is compatible with a CX750M power supply, the cable itself says "TX/HX Series Only", but I've read in this forum that a guy was told that this cable can be used in a CX750M for the same purpose.

Will this cable work? The dual socket Xeon won't have a video card, so the load power is safe.
