3Duser
Hi I'm currently running memtest86 because I have been getting some blue screens. So far there are 64 errors. I am going to try and reseat the sticks to see if it makes a difference, and test each stick individually with memtest86. If I still get errors, what should I do? I would like to avoid RMA because I really need this machine and don't have spare RAM. Any suggestions would really help. Cheers
Wired
If they need replacement, you can't avoid an RMA. However, you can ask for an advanced RMA.
3Duser
Oh, what is an advanced RMA?
Wired
http://www.corsair.com/support/warranty/ Advanced RMA aka Receive and then Replace RMA. End users may request advance replacement but must provide a valid credit card to secure the shipment
