TruBadger Posted October 3, 2020 Share Posted October 3, 2020 So I've already had the exact same mouse have the wheel break. I called for an RMA and they gave me a new mouse. Not even 2 months later the mouse wheel broke. I am greatly disappointed in the quality of this mouse. I paid $70 thinking I was gonna get something premium, but having TWO mice break with the exact same problem with normal use, that is just disappointing. I am fed up. If they have to keep replacing them, Corsair will fix the issue - otherwise, it'll cost too much. It's a shame, really. The IC Wireless is my favorite mouse (I have ... like ... 8 Corsair mice).
