Hdgunnell Posted June 8, 2014 Share Posted June 8, 2014 Hi, I just got my 2100 the other day, they work fine, but I guess to get 7.1 I need the software installed. I have tried many times to install it, tried changing the installation destination, but the software will not open. Once installed, it will open for a fraction of a second and close. And yes, there is a system tray icon, but everything is grayed out. And yes I have double clicked it. I am running on Windows 7. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
