[M65 RGB] The mouse started blinking after something was dropped on it

So, today when my PC was turned off, I dropped something on my mouse and then it started blinking. It's working fine, so nothing was damaged I guess, but I'm curious what may have caused this blinking.

Possibly a bad connection to the LEDs?

 

Have you tried it without effects running? Does it still blink?

I may have expressed myself not clear. I'll write in more detail.

After that happened, I didn't power on my PC, because I didn't need to, so I just turned off the PSU, so the mouse doesn't blink needlessly. After I turned it on again, the mouse wasn't blinking any more and now everything is working normally. And that blinking wasn't random. It was regular blinking, similar to the one of ScrollLock while keyboard is in the BIOS mode.
