The one below was the M65 RG/PRO which I use all the time and have not seen. I had my Glaive on last weekend and didn't see it either. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=178993 In that thread and some others, they describe the remap functions as "grayed out" in the software. Do you see the same thing? Not really sure if this is a software bug or profile glitch. Does it happen across all profiles? My first instinct would be to wipe and reinstall, however there is a new iCUE version out (3.5.xx). I don't think it has made the download page yet, but might work through the update button in app. I think I would try that first before going to more aggressive measures.
