The RGB is on an circles between the 3 light effects (Rainbow, etc) I tried switching to all different usb ports with USB 3.0 an With USB 2.0. In the Device Mannagement it says "(Unknown USB-device)" I tried updating all drivers for each USB port it still doesnt work. I then tried to install the firmware update but no results. I doesn't gets detected in several programs as your gaming Software and also in the Firmware update. What am i doing wrong? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Last thing I would check before contacting support is that you are plugging in the keyboard correctly, since the lighting controller on the K95 RGB is power hungry. My K95 RGB is plugged in with the polling switch at 1 ms, which is the best setting for pretty much every setup. For USB 3.0: Use one connector (the one with the keyboard icon) when connecting via USB 3.0 Connecting via USB 2.0 Use both connectors when using USB 2.0. Plug in the connector with the two arrows icon first, and the connector with the keyboard icon second. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
