izaíah Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 Hi everyone I've bought the virtuoso headset like 2 months ago and since the beginning when I unpacked it and installed it on my PC. but the battery doesn't last longer than 8 hours tops When I used it for the first time I charged it to 100% before using it I'm clueless about what to do right now because it starts to be a wired headset because of all the charging. please help me :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
august97 Posted January 20, 2020 Share Posted January 20, 2020 (edited) +1 Having the exact same issue. Charged it for 15 hours, and it lasts for 8-9 hours. But mine also turns off when it says it has medium battery left without any audio warning me about the low battery.
