Post Will TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF work with my P5N-D at 1066MHz

I am currently having what appears to be a heat issue with my current RAM (********). The problem is that when I am running Age of Conan or other graphic intensive games then my computer completely shuts down without warning. When rebooted Vista doesn't even know it was shut down. I installed hardware monitors and they saw my CPU at 46°C and GPU at 48°C. These seem to be stable/acceptable temps from what I have experienced. So I am thinking it’s the RAM heating up. I have also ran diagnostic found at on all RAM modules (each separately in the slot closest to the CPU) Does this sound right?

I think that if i move from 4x1GB sticks to 2x2GB sticks it will make it easier for air to flow across the memory so i am looking into putting different memory into my system. My MB (P5N-D) has a mem buss of 800MHz, I put my motherboard into your memory tool: ( ) it pulled up two memory modules (TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF or TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX). The question is will the 1066 work and if so that would me the memory would have to OC'd correct? If so do I have to OC my CPU as well? Can you offer me any advice on this one?

Here is my system validation through CUPID. Although it says my NB and SB is 650i when Asus says it is 750i, I’m sure it’s a mistake.

Your Cpu has an FSB of 1333, so no need to overclock.

EVGA's precision tweaker utility:

With the P5N-D you should be using the optional fan on the northbridge (it's known to run hot) and with the 9800GTX I'm using I up the default fan speed from 30% to at least 60% while gaming using EVGA' precision tweaker utility. In my case the crashes disappeared after doing so.
