Important My new k65 shocks me

I got my new my k65 and I enjoying it thus far however it kinda produces static/electric shocks when I touch the edge of the metallic part of the board.
Is this normal or do I need to send to RMA? If I send this RMA how will I get it back?

Its not the keyboard that is shocking you, its the power being supplied via USB. You just need to ground your system.

Well, how do I do that? I'm fairly new to this problem. My computer is on the floor so that I can have more desk space.

Typically in the US, we use 3 socket outlets as they contain ground. If you don't have a 3 socket, you'll need to find an alternate way to ground your system (which is important too for the longevity of your parts). You can ask an electrician on how to do so.
