Hey Ram Guy, I mean besides you. :) I got no emails from anyone else, and none concerning the actual problem (yours were just concerned with getting me in touch with anyone who can deal with my issue).

I registered to this forum with a hotmail account, but I haven't gotten anything in there either.

OK sorry, I just spoke to the Customer service manager and he too told me he had sent you an email; so I asked him to send it again and cc me, he will as soon as he can I am sure. Please let me know by email that you heard from him, you have my direct contact info.

Two months later, no refund for the COD charge.

There was no reply to my last email, so I'm posting here. I'm completely at a loss.

I was told on the phone that I would be receiving a cheque by mail. A few weeks later, I emailed to inquire about the whereabouts of the cheque. I was told that the refund was issued to my credit card, but there is no record of it on my statements.

I received my latest statement today, and still no refund.

Can I get any proof whatsoever that a refund was issued to me?

Please send an email to ramguy@corsairmemory.com with your RMA# along with your name, address and phone number, and I will make sure this is taken care of. In the subject line of the email please put "ATT: Ram Guy."

Another month -- no progress.

I've gotten emails, phone calls, assurances that a cheque is coming, but time just passes.
