gilvagor Posted August 11, 2019 Share Posted August 11, 2019 I just got my ST100 on Thursday and I do love it. However I'm noticing that it disconnects and reconnects probably at least once an hour. Blofeld2k Posted August 19, 2019 Share Posted August 19, 2019 happens to me too. If I use the USB port on the top it will disable (or time out) after about 30 mins. Zydor Posted August 22, 2019 Share Posted August 22, 2019 To stop the auto off - in the InfoMic section of the default settings, drag the mic mute interval slider to "off" (right hand side of the slider bar all the way over to the right). That will mean you need to remember to turn off the headset, it will not auto switch off. I had similar issues but it was caused by having a Commander Pro and ASUS Aura Sync installed. Removed Aura and bingo is your namo. all is working.
