Zigs88 Posted March 25, 2016 Share Posted March 25, 2016 Someone please help me out here. I have had this headset for MAYBE two weeks. I did the full charge before I even used it. Now when I plug it in it will be solid green on the mic then when I go to turn the headset on it powers up for maybe 3 seconds before flashing red on the mic and powering off. I managed to get the CUE to detect the headset and update the firmware thinking maybe it was in bootloading mode like I had read. That unfortunately did not work and it still will not power on for more than a couple seconds at a time. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in this product. It lasted maybe two weeks and the forums are littered with issues with this headset. What a waste of money. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The forums should not be used to determine whether a product is plagued with issues as this sub section is mainly used by users asking for help for their Corsair audio product.
