jai22 Posted October 26, 2019 Share Posted October 26, 2019 I have a RMA on going for my corsair HS50 because of rusting, but the main problem is I have a prepaid label and commercial invoice. the label says in the content section is just numbers, so DHL rejected my item. and also, I have given a commercial invoice and I don't know what to put in Company stamp, position, billed to, bank details, and etc. it's been 3 days since the Customer support did not reply to me, and I can't find any answer on how to answer this. my RMA# is 2000885241.
