c-attack
If this is a H100i Platinum or XT, you likely need to force flash the firmware. CUE -> Settings -> Platinum/XT tab. Check update. It will tell you it's up to date. Then click force update. It is normal for the cooler to go offline and fans to max for the next 3-5 seconds. c-attack
Try disconnecting the 2nd high speed fan from the splitter on the pump. Then reconnect. Every now and then you get a physical problem. Is this a H100i Platinum/XT or a H100i v2? If Platinum/XT, each fan channel is separately controller. You could run a common PWM splitter off channel 1 if you have one handy to stop the noise for now. If H100i GTX/v2, then it's one channel. Flip-flop the two fan connectors on the splitter. That will put the other one in control, although since you are reporting two different fan speeds, I am assuming this is a Platinum/XT.
