I was wondering did my RMA request go through. I got the ok email to apply for RMA on last Friday and I filled out the form on Sunday and I haven't gotten a RMA number yet.

Just load setup defaults and then enable XMP Profile one and if you are trying to over clock your CPU you may need to disable XMP and set the memory voltage and timing manually and leave the memory frequency at default.
And you need to complete the RMA form before we can approve your request, but I suspect it is not the memory based on what you posted.

Tried em both before and did it again, always get 3.99 usuable. I was wondering if it went through or not was having some problems with my connection the day I filled it out but I just did it. If its not the RAM the last culprit is the CPU, gotta dip into the savings and get a 950 if the RAM isn't the problem.

Usually that is the CPU or MB or a bent pin in the CPU socket if all of the modules test with no issues one at a time.
