So i returned a keyboard for RMA, over 8 days ago it was received by corsair, i still haven't received my advanced RMA refund, nor have i received any responses to my queries.
To top it all off the keyboard corsair sent me had very sticky mechanical keys to which i had to manually clean them with isopropyl myself to get them functional.
Getting fed up with it now, awful icue software, awful support. Will need to look elsewhere next time.

Hello,

I am sorry about the delay in the ARMA refund, the warehouse has to update the system for it to give us a greenlight on the refund. I've also looked in the ticket for you and an agent has processed a refund recently for you.

yeah, funnily enough got a refund after posting here.

You guys really need to sort out better support, week+ with no response every time i have used you is pretty poor. Especially when support is so prompt when cash is changing hands.

Hello,

I understand your concern regarding this, our warehouse has to confirm the item has been sent in before giving us the green light on processing the refund. It's there verification process.
