iCUE doesn't start with AX1600i

I just got a AX1600i and I installed the USB cable, and the Corsair UBXp Driver fails to start

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

I have tried 2 different versions of ICUBE, 3.18.77 and 3.27.68.

I called support 4 times now and they just don't help.
