Angry Warranty claim ticket #6313382 not answered since 12/12/2013


I have opened a ticket #6313382 on 12/12/2013 when my case fan broke. I haven't got a response to it yet. I have commented several times on the ticket asking for someone to please reply but nothing. I also logged another ticket trying to get someone to reply...nothing. I'm not sure what your support is doing but having to wait for more than a month for a reply is not ok. And please spare me with "they're busy right now"'s been more than a month!

I would appreciate if someone could finally look at this ticket.
