Default iCue not recognizing keyboard after waking up from standby

is it still a known and unsolvable issue? because it still happens from me from time to time that when windows 10 go in standby mode i cant wake it up anymore from my keyboard, have to wake it up with the mouse and then unplug and plug in the keyboard again to make it recognizable from the icue software, anyone managed how to solve this issue?

Just out of curiosity can you switch the USB port the K55 is plugged into with the mouse and see if you still have the issue? Also what version of iCUE are you running?

I'm still experiencing this issue. Rather annoying, have been through multiple forums with no solution yet.

iCUE version 3.7.99
Swapping around ports does not help for the K55 keyboard. Other Corsair devices
(Harpoon mouse and Void Headset) works as expected.
