I see all the information for my GPU, My processor and Motherboard, but in the program itself the H115i Pro is not being detected. Ive tried reseating the connection to my motherboard. It seems like the device is working properly as the temperatures are all at good levels, although I havent pushed the system at all. Anyone have any ideas? Corsair Employee Greybeard Posted April 23, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 23, 2019 Since the cooler is working in terms of cooling your CPU, it's possible that you have a faulty micro USB cable.
