Default Strafe MK.2 RGB randomly stops working

i got this keyboard as a Christmas present and i have noticed from Christmas day that every now and then the keyboard stops working.

LED lights stay on but if i try to write or use it in any way it doesnt do anything. Only way i get it back to work is that i unplug the usb cable and plug it back in while pressing the user profiles button in the keyboard.

I was wondering if there is any fix to that because its pretty annoying.

Bought the wife an Strafe Mk2 for crimbo and hers exhibits this behaviour also.

At the moment it’s just after logging in but so far works ok afterwards after a few minutes.

Best
