Harakka49
Hi. The issue with this keyboard is that the lock key indicator lights freeze randomly multiple times a day this causes steam games to start slowly and some of the games for example Trackmania 2 Stadium tend to freeze for about 30 seconds, the keyboard can freeze in the middle of the game this can be really frustrating. Switching into BIOS mode for 10 seconds usually fixes the problem in some cases this doesn't help it freezes almost immediately and then the Corsair program doesn't recognize the keyboard and none of the keys work. This has been happening for half a year. Your help will be appreciated.
Comet 1626864951
I wonder if changing the polling rate might help.
Toasted
Can you try the keyboard on another computer? Does it work fine? What firmware and CUE version are you currently running? Tried a different USB port, latest USB chipset drivers, BIOS, Windows updates, etc?
Comet 1626864951
You can try turning off the CUE SDK ability, in case it is the steam game itself that is jamming up CUE.
Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted April 20, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 20, 2017 Maybe some system info would be called for here? To obtain the DXDIAG file: 1. Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time). 2. Type "dxdiag", and select "OK". 3. At the bottom right, there will be a "Save All Information" button, select it. This will create and save a text file named "DxDiag" onto your desktop with all your system configurations.
