t1971
Latest ICUE wont recognise my H100i Pro. Last version did but it often froze in HW lighting.
Joshuaamd
Same thing for me for the past couple of days. Did a software update on iCUE, my h115i was disconnecting and connecting again constantly so I did a force update and after that my fans went full blast, no rgb and no way to control my h115i. It still functions and shows via USBDeview. It's constantly disconnecting and connecting as well. The only thing I can think of is the firmware is corrupt somehow. Probably bricked. I've put in a support ticket and RMA. No word from Corsair Support yet. In the meantime I've rerouted my fans to fan headers on my motherboard so it doesn't sound like a jet engine. STILL highly annoying that their own software probably broke their own branded devices.
