Question Help with Ram issues

Good afternoon,

I'm having some trouble getting my new ram to work, I checked online to see if my motherboard supports the Ram i purchased - and if i read the website correctly it should. Here is all the information - My questions are, does this ram work with my motherboard, and installing it - should I be doing something first in bios?

New ram kit CML16GX3M4A1600C9B The 16gig kit, 4 sticks of 4gigs each. 240 pin PC3-12800 (1600MHz)

My system:
MB: Intel DB55WB
Processor: i7-860 2.6
Power: Corsair TX 850watt
Graphics card: Evga 580 Gtx
HD: 1b hitachi

Ram i'm currently using: 4GB DDR3 * 1333 2 sticks 2048

Any help would be great - I searched the forum for matches of my motherboard and issue, but couldn't seem to find any.

Thank you,

Eric

Intel DB55WB appears to be a board found in an OEM system (Acer, Dell, Hp, ect. ?). Please list the make and model of PC you have.
