Default Ticket System

Hi, I submitted a ticket and got an email telling me to check my ticket regularly. Whenever I press the link to check, it just takes me back to corsair website where I submitted my ticket. Does the email mean to check my email for updates on the ticket or am I understanding the ticket system wrong?
