Hey guys :]

i've got this message
"Your RMA has been approved. Further instructions have been emailed to you. Please check your inbox / spam folder. You can also click on the Shipping Label link at the top right of the ticket for return instructions. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you."

but for some reason i dont see the Shipping label in my spam / inbox
and i cant find the shipping label link at the top right of the ticket :/
please help
