Elrondolio
Hi all. The Lenovo Legion Y730 and Y740 laptops come with full per key LGB keyboards, heat exhaust and lid lighting that is controlled by Corsair's iCUE. This works fine for creating different lighting profiles, etc, however the standard "Actions" tab and abilities are completely missing from iCUE when installed on the Lenovo. This makes it impossible to setup keyboard shortcuts to change profiles or any other automation that the "Actions" tab normally supports on other keyboards. Has anyone figured out a way to enable the "Actions" tab on the Legion laptops or can someone from Corsair respond with how to to do so or why it is disabled? Are there any other Legion users who have figured this out? Without the "Actions" tab iCUE is pretty broken. Thanks!
Elrondolio
Is there anyone from Corsair, a forum expert or any Legion users who can help with this problem? There are many thousands of Lenovo Legion laptops sold every month with this issue.
Psycoma
I have the same question. Need more clarification on whose side this problem is observed - lenovo or corsair?
MR1Reaper7
I just recently received my y740 and was wondering why profile stuff wasn't working as well, seems like none of the custom downloadable profiles work at all including the in-game supported ones. Would be nice to get an update from somewhere.
pepsisf
Hi I have the same issue on my Lenovo Legion y740 17"
MR1Reaper7
So kind of an update, was on the phone with Lenovo support for a different issue and asked about this one. Reverted to an older keyboard driver and no fix, he checked a few other things and said everything is running correctly and it might be a software issue but it's more than likely a Corsair sided issue. MR1Reaper7
Got a final update, from Corsair this time. The laptop isn't supported to have those features. Actions, type lighting, void visualizer, and in game lighting aren't supported.
