After restarting my PC the CUE was uninstalled (wtf oO). atteSmythe Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 My update to 1.13.36 also will not install. The software downloads, then it successfully uninstalls the old software. The new installer reports that there is a problem, and aborts. When I acknowledge that, it puts up a new dialog with an exclamation mark on it, but no text. When I clear that, the installer quits and I have to reinstall the older version of CUE. edit: I just viewed your image, and that is the same message I receive. ykpykp Posted December 23, 2015 Author Share Posted December 23, 2015 SO i found a way to solve the problem on the internet. Just try to install it and before you click the ''OK'' on error message you go to the location where you installed it.
