Default ICUE Not Displaying Commander Pro

I just installed Commander Pro with added RGB light strips.

1. Commander Pro is not displaying in ICUE.
2. RGB Light strips are not on and also not in ICE.

Please help.

Did you connect the USB cable to the motherboard?
Did you connect the SATA power cable? If so, did you use any adapters/extensions/etc. or is it a direct connection to the PSU? Have you tried another SATA connection?
Are there fans connected to the CoPro's fan ports? Do they spin?

And ... can you maybe fill our your system details so folks that are trying to help you have some clue what we're working with?
