We also would like to thank those who have commented and provided their experience and feedback. CORSAIR continuously strives for excellence and quality in all our products. As such, we have ceased production of this part, and affected customers who are unable to return this product to their place of purchase can contact CORSAIR customer service at https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us for assistance.
