Entoptic Posted January 2, 2020 Share Posted January 2, 2020 I've been calling for days into Corsair sales and corporate to be put into hold queue with no one answering the phone. Is this normal or just some holiday stuff? I'd assume the would have a holiday hours message going on but staying on hold for 30m + is silly for someone that just wants to purchase a product. Has anyone seen the i165 in stores? I'm close to HQ, thinking I may take the motorcycle on over and have a discussion. How has everyone else's experience been with Corsair? I'm giving them a pass right now cause of the holiday and all but it's business as usual today I believe. Just a little nervous to drop 3k on a gaming system and this is my first experience.
