Unhappy Noise issue, please help

So I bought sp120 quiet edition to replace my loud stock h100i fans... When I installed my fans, they were fine... When I started Cinebench and my fans ramped up to about 1200 - 1400 RPM they started making this sound:

I then listened closely and it's audible even when it's not on high RPMs. I really appreciate silence and I'm not getting what I paid for. I've tried retightening, and really lightly tightened it.. It won't go away. I don't know what to do.

It's louder in real life and I can hear it through my headphones.

I dont think these are louder than headphones but yes it sound like these are not silence editions.. I would refund them and buy from different seller\shop.
