Important HS60 static noise (both ears)

I have HS60 headset and noticed a static noise when its plugged with the USB dongle, when its jack plugged sound is perfect but when its USB there's an annoying static noise and all windows sounds are glitched, like when I change sound with my mouse the little music is totally glitched and when I plug and unplug any USB the little music is glitched too, this doesnt happen with jack or speakers.

Any solution to this ? This is the best headset with mic I ever had, comfortable, good looking, mic is perfect etc. I don't want to change.

I see a lot of people talking about the sidetone slider, unabling it should solve the problem ? But what is that sidetone slider I can't find it (I'm french and iCUE is in french but anyway I can't find any slinder except equalizer and mic senstivity)

Thanks a lot for helping

EDIT : system sound was working, it was just very low in sound mixer, but static noise is still here and really heavy when sound is maxed on windows and on the headphone wheel (what I like to do sometimes to listen music) and its really annoying
