terabyte
Try re-flashing the firmware, if that doesn't work open a ticket with Corsair support. It looks like some soldering is not done properly and you'll probably have to RMA it if flashing again the firmware doesn't fix it.

I really want to reflash it however I can't see my firmware which is 1.20 for this keyboard in the downloads page of corsair. Any suggestion on this? I already tried uninstalling and installing the CUE.

Thanks again! :D: I think it's very likely that the problem will return. It's probably faulty soldering.
