Void Pro Wireless RGB Right side partial no light

Hey

Well I've opened a support ticket a few months ago and they tried to guide me to fix the issue so maybe the Forum can help.

So on the Right side of my Headset, it can only do the Colors: Blue and Green

The Left side is just fine and does any color i'd want to use.

Are there any known problems of that or whats going on?

I've tried to:

Reinstall ICue Software

Reset the Headset by holding the Mute Button for 15 seconds

Re-pair Headset with the Receiver

Reset Computer (I've reset it for a different reason, not because the Headset)

Please let me know, also is there a way to buy new Earmuffs and the Wireless Dongle?
