Assuming that the right half of the image you linked to is the new version of CORSAIR LINK, it's showing normal fan and pump speeds. The left half of the image is showing pump speed as interpreted by a fan header on a typical motherboard (which will often report 2x the actual speed of a pump since that header is expecting a fan which works a little differently in terms of reporting speed).
