CUE unable to detect my headset

Hello,
I have my headset for a couple month now, and it worked fine with CUE until the major windows 10 update 1 month ago-ish
The headset still working (I can talk / listen etc... ) but i can't configure it / change the colors etc ...

• I tried to uninstall / re-install the program

• I tried the solution you proposed as a quick fix (go to %APPDATA% , delete the Corsair folder...)

• I tried other USB ports

Nothing's working, and CUE keep saying that nothing is connected.
My headset is the Corsair RGB Wireless.
Maybe im not the only one reporting that problem ?
Do you have any solution for me ?

Tried updating/reinstalling your USB chipset drivers?

Is that risky ?

You would go to the chipset manufactuer or the motherboard's manufactuer to download the drivers for the chipset.

It is not a risky process.
