Default New Keyboard Trying To Set Micro?

hi everyone i was using logitech G510S keyboard from long time and setting G keys is easy as campared to corsair I cue
its my new keyboard and i just want to set G6 keys micro To (Close Tab)Ctrl+w key for chrome but its not working

Hi,

I just made the same macro and it was working for me. What profile are you setting this one? It's not on the hardware profile is it?

i dont know anything about hardware profile....
hardware profile means it will save there forever? even after i uninstall software?
if yes how to do that?

I have creat3ed one but
as soon as i exit the software its switching back to default
