Hello

Before I say anything. I appreciate we are in the grips of one of the worst Pandemics mankind has witnessed since 1918. And I understand you're short staffed and probably running a skeleton support desk which again I get it.

I currently have a AX1200I PSU perfectly working order she's 7 years old and still puring like a kitten no issues at all. Apart from the Corsair Link USB Dongle and Digital Interface Cable.

Corsair Link which is basically an analogue signal from the PSU to your Corsair Software so that you can monitor your PSU. However, it does have a design flaw and I have discovered that I am not alone where the cable either stops working altogether or the USB Dongle no longer works. I found other customers who had the same problem as mine where the Digital Interface Cable broke for no apparent reason for me and other customers I've read about the small header that plugs into the PSU and then to the USB Dongle one of the pins in the header has come loose and no longer transmits a signal to your software.

I wanted to know if I can buy the complete Digital Interface Cable and USB Dongle. I know that you can buy just the cable which on your website after some extensive searching is currently unavailable which is just my luck.

I've sent two tickets hot a standard dogital reply and that is about iit.i have tried putting the cable back into the hwader but it doesn't work.

Thanks a in advance...

Did you send them before the weekend? Support doesn't work over the weekends and then Monday becomes really hectic because of the backlog that creates.

The first was on the 25th May, the second was the 1st June.

Two different tickets?

If you reply to an open ticket before it's responded to, it gets bumped down the queue (put to the back of the line).

Feel free to PM me your ticket number.

There is inventory of those dongles, but they're not on the webstore. I can forward your ticket number to tech support with the correct part number (CP-8920019). If you didn't give them the part number of what you're looking for, they may not know what you're talking about.
