Laub88 Posted November 26, 2020 Share Posted November 26, 2020 Hey there, I bought the Dark Core RGB pro SE about 6 months ago and am very happy with it! However the past few weeks I have been playing a first person shooter on my PC as well as both my laptops, and it had been firing without even clicking the left mouse button. I have done a hard reset (which I read in the forum) holding down the two side buttons and turning on. I pulled the top left mouse button off slightly and blew it with some compressed air in a can. Checked the drivers as well. Has anyone had this issue before? Or have any other suggestions I can try? Thank you! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employee Corsair Blade Posted November 28, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 28, 2020 Hi Laub88, This sounds indicative of an issue with the Omron switch (clicker thingie) in the mouse, and really can only be fixed by replacing the unit. The mouse does have a 2 year warranty, so go ahead and open a ticket with support, and send them the serial number off the bottom of the mouse, and your proof of purchase, and they will be able to help you with a replacement if eligible.
