Question RMA Update

Hi all,

hopefully I've placed this in the right area.

I currently have an RMA open with Corsair and sent my dominator memory to them on the 27th April. According to Royal Mail the item was delivered on the 3rd May yet on the RMA information it states that Corsair haven't received the item yet.

How can I find out if Corsair have actually received it or not

I am sorry but it would be best to contact our customer service with your RMA number and the tracking information and ask them for an update.

Even though my ticket has not been updated and still shows that Corsair have not received my memory, I've had an email saying it was dispatched and received the replacement today.

Yet one of the replacement modules are faulty - I can't test it as if insert the faulty module by itself the pc will not even boot

well I've contacted them via email, as my phone package doesn't allow international calling, but have still not heard anything back - they still show my original rma as not having received the original memory i posted to them.

For some reason they've put me on two different case numbers, one for the original rma request and then one when I sent them an email asking if they could confirm receipt of the memory which advises they sent out the replacement which is faulty.

I am sorry but you will need to talk to our customer service, I would suggest you use a Phone card and call them or use Skype to call them by phone. Or send me an email with your name and phone number and the RMA number and a link to this post and I will ask them to check into this for you. And what is your case or RMA number?

thanks for reply, not been on since weekend but they sent me instructions on sending back, so parcel was picked up today and is on its way back

2nd replacement memory arrived yesterday, installed and running @ 1066 without any issues
