Ticket number: 2000452936, USP wants to charge me $4 import fee for the RMA replacem

It's $46, not t$4, but I cannot change the title.

I have a RMA keyboard return. I shipped back the malfunctioned keyboard to Corsair.

Now I received an email from UPS. It wants to charge $46 import fee.

Should the Corsair claim it as a replacement item, not a new purchase?

I have paid all the tax when I bought the keyboard from newegg.ca!

I am living in Canada.

Should I refuse accept the package??

Hi Michael,

I have paid the UPS fee, and sent you email with the receipt. Please take care of the refund.

The keyboard that I received is malfunctioned also. The "L" key is stuck. I tried to remove the key cap and put it back. But it seems that its switch has some problem. The L key is just stuck.

Could you create a prepaid mail label, so that I can return this keyboard again?

I received a Dead-on-Arrival item.

Thanks.

I replied your email three days ago, but didn’t' receive any response.

I prefer to get a keyboard of the original model I purchased.

And the refund for the UPS custom charge I paid in advance, CA$40.75.

I need a return label to ship back that dead-on-arrival replacement keyboard.

If you cannot provide warranty, just refund to me. My ticket was created on June 17, now more than 2 month passed, I still didn't receive a working keyboard.
