floodedburrito Posted February 14, 2020 Share Posted February 14, 2020 last night i updated i cue to 3.20.60 i noticed that they added motherboard support. love it. end of the night i shut down pc. turn it on in the morning and for some reason the mb dosent show up on icue. i checked all updates. kevp453 Posted February 16, 2020 Share Posted February 16, 2020 I just updated and had the same problem. Version 3.25.60 stopped seeing my Asus Maximus XI Hero that was working just great before. Here's how I fixed it: Quit iCue Open Task Manager and kill all the Corsair and iCue services Open up explorer and go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\plugins" Delete the Asus folder Re-Download the plugin from the instructions and paste it back in the folder.
