Nick1980 Posted September 20, 2020 Share Posted September 20, 2020 I've posted about this issue before and continue to have issues across all my corsair products. The big issue with the keyboard is using the volume scroll and it freezing my keyboard which requires me to unplug it and plug it back in to start working again. I can duplicate the issue if I turn the volume all the way up it will freeze the keyboard every time. My Scimitar mouse will dump all my macros while in the middle of a game. And my newest issue with the update of the latest version of iCue is my headset will not unmute itself. I did contact support for the keyboard and headset, keyboard they offered a replacement and headset they were unable to resolve. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced these issue as I'm about ready to give up and go back to Logitech products because I can't handle these issues anymore while in the middle of a game. I do really like Corsair products though and would like to figure a way out to resolve these before I spend a bunch of money to make a switch.
