cdevaney Posted April 12, 2017 Share Posted April 12, 2017 My microphone on my Void Wireless headset suddenly stopped being received by the USB plugged in the computer. I have tried reinstalling the driver, changing the USB port it is plugged into and still nothing. I know the mic itself isn't broken, for the sidetone is heard through the headset. Toasted Posted April 14, 2017 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Double check the recording volume in WIndows or CUE and see whether that changes anything. If you have multiple recording devices, make sure the VOID headset is set as the default communication device or manually adjust this within your recording software.
